Work hours are a guide: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 local time. Holidays and personal schedules are not included.

SMALL TOOL. A LITTLE LESS FRICTION.

From “what time is that for you?”
to a plan everyone can read.

01 /

Use a real date

Daylight saving changes offsets throughout the year. Choose the meeting date instead of relying on a fixed UTC offset.

02 /

Look for a fair overlap

The hour strip makes early starts and late nights visible. For teams with no shared work hours, rotate the inconvenient time.

03 /

Share one clear moment

The link contains your selected zones, date, time and duration. The calendar file uses UTC so calendar apps can show the event locally.

A few useful details

Does this handle daylight saving time?

Yes. TimeWeave uses the time-zone database built into your browser. A time skipped by a clock change is rejected; a repeated time offers an earlier or later occurrence. Keep your browser updated, and confirm important meetings when governments change time-zone rules.

Does sharing a link create a meeting invitation?

No. A shared link opens the planner with the same settings. Download the .ics calendar file and import it into your calendar; inviting attendees is a separate step in your calendar app.

What stays private?

Meeting calculations and the optional title stay in your browser. Share links include the chosen date, time, zones and duration, but never the title. Basic site usage counters may be collected as described in the privacy notice; meeting text is not sent to them.

Are the highlighted work hours everyone's availability?

No. They are a general weekday 09:00–18:00 guide. The tool does not connect to calendars or know local holidays, working weeks or anyone's actual availability.
